Before applying, you will need to record a short video about yourself and complete a Business Model Canvas for your business idea.
To submit your application you will need to:
1. Fill in your personal details
2. If you need adjustments to support your participation in the competition, there is a section in the application form where you can share what type of adjustments you may need.
3. Record a short video (ideally 3 minutes, but maximum 5 minutes) telling us more about you, your background, and your business idea. This can be recorded on any platform of your choosing, you will need to share the link to the video with us.
- We are looking for a TikTok-style video to express your passion for business, your idea, and why you think it will be successful.
- Show your personality and creativity and make sure you cover the following:

Who are you? (name, age, where you live, what you are doing now)

What your business idea is?

Why you think it will be profitable?

What social good does your business do, if any?
- If you’re camera shy, you can be more creative and incorporate visuals to answer the above questions.
4. Upload a completed Business Model Canvas for your business idea
5. Read and confirm you have understood the terms and conditions of the competition which include details on eligility

If you don’t have Microsoft Office, don’t worry! Here is the link to the Business Model Canvas Template on Google Drive where you can edit and download your completed Canvas for free!
To save the Canvas in your own Google Drive folder:
1. Select File > Make a Copy
2. Select Make a Copy in the pop-up
The template will now be saved in your Google Drive and you can begin completing the Canvas.
Applications are open until late March 2025. We may accept late submissions but this is not a guarantee and based on the number of applications we receive.
